PEMEHECON – Protect the Environment and your Mental Health with your Connection with Nature

Project period: From 01.08.2025 to 31.05.2026

Increasing digitalization and alienation from nature are leaving their mark – especially on young people. Stress, isolation and emotional strain are on the rise. PEMEHECON aims to counter this with simple but effective means: Get out of your head and into your body. Get out of the daily grind and into nature.

The project picks up on the findings of the biophilia hypothesis and current studies and combines them with practical methods for youth work. A project that brings body, mind and nature back into harmony – and provides strong impetus for contemporary, holistic youth work. Austria is represented by Tredu Club, of which I am an active member of the board.

Project partners:
The project is coordinated by Nikolas Nikolaou (Cyprus) and implemented in cooperation with organizations from Austria (Tredu Club), Cyprus, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine.

Learn inclusion – new opportunities for hotel management – LINOHM

Our LINOHM project ran from December 1, 2023 to February 28, 2025. Click here to go to the official project page on the Erasmus+ page of the European Commission.

Inclusion is a complex topic where there are large gaps in knowledge and often also uncertainty. SMEs, in particular, usually do not have the capacity, know-how, and access to the subject areas required for implementing an inclusive offer and employees with disabilities. We have taken this on board and developed a training course for inclusive management in the tourism sector.
