Here you can find all my offers in the practical calendar overview. You must register for online lessons via the Fyndery booking system in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need on how to proceed. If you don’t have a credit or debit card to pay directly online, let me know.

Before your first yoga session, I like to take the time for us to get to know each other. This way I get a feel for what you expect from my yoga sessions and we discuss your concerns and wishes.

Yoga for you

We often associate yoga with the familiar physical exercises, perhaps breathing exercises and possibly meditation. However, this is only a small part of what yoga is all about. It is far more than just the areas listed, it is a complex concept that considers the individual as a whole.

That’s what my work and the sessions with you are all about. To accompany you on your yoga path. The focus of my sessions is on health-promoting yoga and yin yoga. I incorporate many exercises from yoga therapy into my practice.

Online offer

Yogamonthly subscription EUR 80/month, can be canceled monthly, includes all sessions and videos, as well as a single session every three months

Online video library subscription EUR 15/month, can be canceled monthly, includes all videos

Block of ten EUR 140, valid for 10 online sessions

Single session on site EUR 90 for 60 minutes The yoga sessions take place online via Zoom.
