The focus is on: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2360\">\n<li data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2189\">\n<p data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2189\">Strengthening personality and participation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2234\">\n<p data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2234\">Promoting tolerance and solidarity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2293\">\n<p data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2293\">Artistic expression as a bridge between cultures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2360\">\n<p data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2360\">Anchoring the project content in the local communities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2560\">The project is part of the Erasmus+ program and is in line with its goal of strengthening young people in their development and giving them space for active, democratic action. Stress, isolation and emotional strain are on the rise. PEMEHECON aims to counter this with simple but effective means:    <strong data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2385\">Get out of your head and into your body. Get out of the daily grind and into nature. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2550\">The project picks up on the findings of the biophilia hypothesis and current studies and combines them with practical methods for youth work. A project that brings body, mind and nature back into harmony &#8211; and provides strong impetus for contemporary, holistic youth work. SMEs, in particular, usually do not have the capacity, know-how, and access to the subject areas required for implementing an inclusive offer and employees with disabilities.
